How do I complete my order with the merchant?
AZEBAN Gift Cards are digital currency and are only redeemable with the merchant where they were purchased. Because AZEBAN Gift Cards are issued instantly and tied to a specific merchant, all gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

When you select AZEBAN Pay on a merchant’s website, you’ll be redirected to an AZEBAN checkout page. Your order details from the merchant are imported into our checkout so you can purchase the gift card needed to complete your merchant order.
After your gift card purchase is complete, you will see a confirmation page with a button labeled “RETURN TO MERCHANT.”
You must click “RETURN TO MERCHANT” to finalize your order on the merchant’s website. When you click it, you are sent back to the merchant and your gift card code is automatically applied to your order (no manual entry required).

If you closed the window or forgot to click “RETURN TO MERCHANT,” your merchant order may not complete. Don’t worry — your gift card code is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
To finish your purchase:
- Go back to the merchant’s website and proceed to checkout.
- Under the AZEBAN logo, find the field that says “Have a code? Enter here.”
- Paste your gift card code and continue checkout to complete your order.
AZEBAN is responsible for issuing the gift card you purchased; it is the customer’s responsibility to complete the redemption steps with the merchant. Because the gift card is issued upon purchase, refunds are not available.

If your order on Azeban is complete and you have received an email of your code but you’re not redirected back to merchant site to complete your purchase, no worries. You can still redeem your Gift Card Code using the instruction in this doc to complete your merchant order.
